Summer
Hikers will find 200 km of hiking trails around Leukerbad. Mountain bikers can choose from 18 routes, which are signposted. The rock-climbing areas in and around Leukerbad are guaranteed to thrill. A 18-hole golf course is situated 25 km from Leukerbad in Leuk. At Sportarena Leukerbad you’ll find a great range of sports all year round. Leukerbad also has Switzerland’s steepest via ferrata.

Winter
Skiers and snowboarders can indulge in their respective hobbies around the Torrent area, which features 50 km of slopes – some of which were selected for the World Cup – or in the snowboarding funpark. Expect to enjoy an exceptional sledging experience on the two 1 km long tobogganing runs on the Gemmi that lead down to Daubensee, where you can also go cross-country skiing, snowkiting and snow shoe or winter hiking. In the village, we have a ski children paradise Erli with 2 km slopes.

Wellness
Revitalising wellness treatments in the biggest thermal wellness destination in the Alps. Wellness lovers have a choice of over 300 different treatments ranging from herbal packs to Ayurveda right down to treatments originating from the Far East, in more than 10 different wellness centres and hotels. The Lindner Alpentherme is Europe’s biggest and highest situated centre to feature medical & Alpine spa therapies, beauty treatments, saunas and thermal baths.
